CHARGEBACK POLICY

Chargebacks may only be raised for undelivered items.
Please contact our support team first at moonpalav@gmail.com with your order ID before initiating any chargeback.

Chargeback requests for delivered items will be rejected.

TAXES, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Failure to pay customs charges will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, delays may occur. In case of significant delays, Moonpalav may issue a full refund. However, Moonpalav shall not be held legally liable for shipping delays.
