International orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable

Possible Delays
During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (such as public curfews or logistics disruptions), dispatch timelines may extend by an additional 7–11 working days.
In such cases, you will be informed via email or phone.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER – IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
To help us resolve any delivery-related issues efficiently, please follow these steps:
Record a clear unboxing video and take photos with a timestamp within 48 hours of delivery
If the parcel appears damaged, tampered, or opened, do not accept the delivery
Capture photos and videos immediately and email them along with your order ID

ORDER PROCESS & TRACKING
Once your order is placed, it enters our processing system
After passing quality checks, the order is securely packed and handed over to our delivery partners
A tracking number will be shared via email and SMS once dispatched
You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website
ORDER CANCELLATION (PREPAID & COD)
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only
Cancellation requests must be sent via email or phone within this window
