Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only

  • For prepaid orders, customers may choose:

    • A credit note, or

    • Replacement with another product of equal value

Moonpalav-Initiated Cancellations

Moonpalav reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Unavailability of raw materials or products

  • Incorrect product pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

Refunds

  • For prepaid orders cancelled by Moonpalav, the full order amount will be refunded to the customer’s original payment method or registered bank account

  • Customers will be notified via email


Cancellation Charges

  • For prepaid orders cancelled by the customer, a 2%–3% deduction may apply towards payment gateway charges

  • The remaining amount will be issued as a credit note or refund, as applicable


Credit Note Validity

  • Credit notes issued against cancellations or exchanges are:

    • Valid for 90 days from the date of issue

    • Usable only once

    • Redeemable exclusively on the official Moonpalav website
