At Moonpalav, we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. Each order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
Fabric texture or material expectations
Exchange Request Timeline
Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery

Please include your order ID, product details, and reason for exchange.
Exchange Processing Fee
A processing fee of ₹300 per product is applicable.
Payment confirmation (screenshot) must be shared via email or Whatsapp to proceed.
Return Shipping Options
Once the processing fee payment is received, our team will arrange a reverse pickup
Self-Shipping (Optional)
Customers may choose to ship the product themselves
Our team will share the return shipping address
After dispatch, please share:
AWB number
Courier company name
Proof of Delivery (POD)
⚠️ Please use a reliable courier service. Moonpalav is not responsible for loss or damage during transit for self-shipped returns.
Quality Check & Exchange Dispatch
Returned items are inspected upon receipt
Once approved, the exchanged item will be dispatched within 7–10 working days
Only one exchange is allowed per order
Size Unavailability
If the requested size or variant is unavailable, a credit note for the full product value will be issued
Credit notes are:
Valid for 90 days
Redeemable once only
Usable exclusively on the official Moonpalav website
REFUND POLICY
2 days returns or refunds are offered once the product is sold and delivered
Items purchased during Sale or marked as “Sale” are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable
